Do you accept walk-ins?
We do! But heads up – our studios can get super busy, especially during weekends and school holidays. We’ll always try to fit you in, but to avoid long waits (or potential disappointment), we highly recommend booking ahead.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Life happens – we get it. You’re welcome to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. However please note that changes made on the day, or missed appointments, may result in the loss of your deposit.
What is the minimum age required for a piercing?
We offer lobe piercings from age 5 and up. For ages 5-6, we pierce both ears at the same time to make the experience quicker and more comfortable – this requires two piercers and an additional £10 fee.
Do under-16s need a parent or guardian?
Yes! Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian during their appointment. No exceptions – we take safety and consent seriously.
Are there age restrictions for certain piercings?
Yes, some piercings require you to be a bit older. For example, tongue piercings are 18+. Not sure if your dream piercing is age-appropriate? Just ask – we’re happy to help.
ID requirements:
We only accept original, government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport or driving licence). Sorry, no photocopies or screenshots!
How many piercings can I get in one appointment?
To keep things safe and healing happy, we offer one piercing per appointment, with up to three per day.
What jewellery do you use for piercing?
Only the best! We use titanium and 24k gold jewellery that’s as safe as it is stunning. You’ll get to choose from premium studs or hoops, and our piercers will help you pick the perfect piece for your placement.

Can I buy your jewellery online?
Yes! Our signature 24k gold and titanium pieces – with shorter posts for healed piercings – are available to buy online at lolierose.com.
Can I get an old piercing re-pierced?
Absolutely – but it depends on the scar tissue and how long ago it was removed. Book a quick consultation with us and we’ll take a look before going ahead.
